Stranda Fjord Trail Race is a trail running event in the middle of the fjords of Norway. It takes place every summer in August. This is the official route for the Stranda Fjord Trail Race, which takes place every year in August. Runners can choose between three distances (25 km, 48 km and 100 km) with all three routes taking you through beautiful scenery. This is the hike that leads to the top of Lievarden (799m) and gives you a spectacular view over the Storfjord and the Sunnmørsalpene! Well marked trail all the way to the top. The tour is also suitable for the little ones and those who want an easy tour but still want fantastic views of the fjord and mountains. From the top it is possible to get to several peaks.
