This hike starts in Thonon-les-Bains and takes one to Neuvecelle and allows to discover the shores of Lake Geneva in the superb department of Haute-Savoie. First the trail leads the Grande Rue towards the lake and the port of Thonon-les-Bains. The trail goes along the port and the Quai de Ripaille and continues on the shores of the lake to the Parc de la Châtaigneraie. One will then go on the Avenue de Saint-Disdille to the Route d'Évian. This pretty pedestrian route in the Chablais Geopark near Sciez in Haute-Savoie leads you to the shores of Lake Geneva in the Gulf of Coudrée. The path begins at the Port de Plaisance de Sciez and takes the lakeside walk. The path bypasses the residential area and joins the countryside from where you will have very beautiful views of the nearby Chablais massif. An easy route accessible on foot or by bike, ideal for a family outing or sports practice.

Here is a nice hike in the heart of the Chablais Geopark, starting from the hamlet of Le Villard. This route is suitable for children and hikers who wish to discover Haute-Savoie far from the high mountain trails. You will take the Chemin des Ouardes for 0.7 km before arriving in the forest. You will make a loop to La Maladière, the highest point at an altitude of 754 m, before descending into the forest to your starting point.
