Cycling dressage on the Narrow Track Virserum to Åseda offers a unique activity and a memorable experience in the footsteps of history. You choose how far you want to cycle. Virserumsleden starts from the nature reserve Länsmansgårdsängen and goes on paths and roads around Virserumssjön in a beautiful nature. You walk through the old industrial community Hjortöström and Virserum's community via Dackestupet and the holiday village. Along the trail there are barbecue areas at Dackestupet and the nature reserve Länsmangårdsängen. At the coffee mountain there are great opportunities for swimming.

Virserum is the municipality’s second biggest village. The week following mid-summer is Virserum’s Music Week. And the DackeStop area, containing the Virserum Art Exhibition, Sweden’s Telemuseum and Virserum’s Furniture Industry Museum is a tourist attraction of the highest calibre. On this hike you walk around Hjortesjön on gravel roads, smaller nature trails and a short stretch of asphalt road, through the old industrial community Hjortöström, agricultural landscapes, villages and forests. Along the trail you also pass the smashing cross, Näcken to hydropower plants and mills. At Hjortöström there is a rest area with a bench and table and the opportunity for a dip is along the hike.

In Järnforsen there are several hiking trails, exercise trails and ski trails. Lilla Järnforsen starts from the start with a barbecue area, parking and toilet. You walk on a forest path in the beautiful Småland forest. It can be interesting to make a detour to the referee ring which was previously a courthouse. The loop is marked with a blue marking.
