The Höglandsleden begins north of Gnosjö and extends in an easterly direction to Mariannelund. The trail is a total of 440 km long and divided into 6 sections. The hiking trail is marked in orange and signposted with a square blue sign with two hikers in the middle.

You walk on a forest path in the beautiful Småland forest. It can be interesting to make a detour to the referee ring which was previously a courthouse. The loop is marked with a blue marking.
