This is a really beautiful hike that takes you up and down through the canyon on a fun loop, highlighting many of the most beautiful spots in the area. If you hike up Padre canyon you can keep going and do the whole loop. The second half is very pretty because you get a view of the whole canyon the entire way back down.

This trail passes over lava flow fields, stream beds, and Navajo Sandstone rocks. While this trial is open all year round, please be aware it may flood during rainy seasons.

This is not an official trailhead and requires off-trail hiking for a section of it. Hikers have reported you can start from Highway 18 instead of 4200 North to avoid going onto private property. It is recommended that you download an offline map and record your hike to avoid getting lost.

This great children's trail leads to a short, sculpted slot canyon. It is level with a few slopes and steps. Accessibility: There do not appear to be any designated accessible spaces in the gravel parking lot off of Snow Canyon Drive at the west end of the trail. There do not appear to be any designated accessible parking spaces within 1.0 miles of the trailhead. The trail surface is a natural surface (soft sand, rocks). It is typically at least 4 feet wide.
