The route starts at Praça Pimentel Duarte and follows the Ciclovia Mané Garrincha. The trail follows the seaside along a paved path, passes through the Environmental Protection Area of Morro da Viúva, and right after is Aterro do Flamengo. The trail offers beautiful views of Sugarloaf Mountain and Christ the Redeemer. On the way, cyclists will find water fountains and public restrooms available. This path can be done in both directions.

The Morro dos Tabajaras - Agulha do Inhangá trail is located in the city of Rio de Janeiro. The route has an easy level of difficulty and is ideal for hiking and mountain biking. Agulha do Inhangá is an incredible rock formation and the trail that leads directly to this beauty is accessed by Ladeira dos Tabajaras.

Morro Dona Marta is a geographic accident located between the various neighborhoods of Rio de Janeiro. In it, the Favela Santa Marta is located. Its highest point is the Mirante Dona Marta, with 362 meters of altitude. The tour is carried out on paved terrain, has beautiful views, and is great for children.

The route Humaitá - Jardim Botânico passes through the Tijuca National Forest, one of the largest urban forests in the world. Tijuca National Park is famous by locals and tourists for the practice of physical activities, hiking and tours. The vast Atlantic Forest preserved there, birds, fruit trees, native plants make up the rich fauna and flora of the region.

The route starts near Largo do Ibam and continues on partially paved terrain, covering rough and slightly irregular stretches. The route passes through important points of the city of Rio de Janeiro, skirts part of Lagoa Rodrigo de Freitas, travels on a bike path and provides beautiful images of the capital of Rio de Janeiro.
