The route starts at Praça Pimentel Duarte and follows the Ciclovia Mané Garrincha. The trail follows the seaside along a paved path, passes through the Environmental Protection Area of Morro da Viúva, and right after is Aterro do Flamengo. The trail offers beautiful views of Sugarloaf Mountain and Christ the Redeemer. On the way, cyclists will find water fountains and public restrooms available. This path can be done in both directions.

Morro da Babilônia separates Copacabana Beach from Botafogo. There is also a favela that bears the same name as the hill. Along the way, you will pass the Mirante de Copacabana and the Mirador do Rio Sul, both places with incredible views of the beaches, Pão-de-Açúcar hill, and surroundings. The trail is made inside the forest and is considered easy.
