The start of this hiking trail is located in Saint-Michel-de-Dèze, on the banks of the Gardon d'Alès. It then crosses characteristic landscapes of the Cévennes National Park in the Massif des Vallées Cévénoles, thus testifying to the richness of the fauna and flora. Several hamlets and farms line the route which lends itself well to a family outing due to its moderate distance.

This long stage (33 kilometres!) of the GR®67 connects the Ayres in the Massif des Vallées Cévénoles to Anduze in the Piedmont Cévénol This route crosses the Cévennes National Park and reveals its most beautiful landscapes, where. human activity is very limited. Apart from its considerable distance, this route does not present any particular difficulty insofar as it descends fairly regularly towards the valley. The last section follows the course of the Gardon du Mialet then the Gardon d'Anduze.

This beautiful hike in the Cévennes National Park starts from Les Ayres near Saint-germain-de-Calberte in the Massif des Vallées Cévénoles. The ridge trail climbs to the top of Cayla. Located near the heart of the park, this summit offers an exceptional panorama of the reliefs of the Cévennes. Hikers will be able to see the Croix de l'Hermite, the Signal du Ventalon, the Signal du Bouges and the Mont Aigoual.

This seventh stage of the GR®970 takes hikers from Saint-Privat-de-Vallongue to Saint-Germain-de-Calberte in the Massif des Vallées Cévénoles, passing through Cayla which culminates at 1068 meters. This route in the heart of the Cévennes National Park is mainly made up of paths in wooded areas or with shrubby vegetation. Hikers will also be able to enjoy the sublime views of the surrounding valleys.
