The abandoned Billmeyer Limestone Quarry is a fascinating sight worth taking the time to explore. While much of it must be viewed from behind closed-off and fenced areas, there are a number of foundations and ruins remaining to explore in and around the trail that leads from Koser Park to the White Cliffs of Conoy. This route is a well-blazed (light blue) and maintained section of Mason-Dixon trail mostly through forest with a minor stream crossing (and mini waterfall). The trail does border along private property as it descends down toward the Susquehanna so be sure to stay on the trail.
