It uses dirt roads and fenceline tracks, and narrow tracks. It is well signed and easy to follow.

A loop trail located in the Barossa Valley, about 70km north east of Adelaide, South Australia. Start and finish in the historic village of Bethany - the birthplace of the Barossa. Parking is available at the Bethany Reserve or the Church. The trail combines some sealed sections, some unsealed roads and other sections are following the Heysen Trail through farmers paddocks. Well worth the elevation for the view.

Kaiserstuhl, a small 403ha park about 12km southeast of Tanunda, and is named after the 600-metre high Kaiserstuhl (meaning literally "emperor's chair"). The route starts at the Tanunda Creek Road park entrance and heads up to the top of Kaiserstuh. Overall a pleasant walk through some interesting terrain. A peaceful family friendly trail through the Kaiserstuhl Conservation Park in the Barossa Valley Region of South Australia, located not too far from the town of Tanunda. This looped route begins and ends from the Wollawa Hike trailhead on Taninda Creek Road. There is plenty of wildlife in this area, as well as many beautiful rock formation and huge trees.
