The trail starts in Campos do Jordão, and goes down the Serra da Mantiqueira, passing through Santo Antônio do Pinhal and ends in Pindamonhangaba at the foot of the mountain range. The path goes from one point to the other. If you are excited, it is possible to climb the mountain back to Campos do Jordão. The trail crosses the Mananciais de Campos do Jordão State Park. Created in 1993, the Park has several species of fauna and flora native to the region.

A bike ride leaving Vila Capivari and going up through Alto do Capivari towards the Pyramid. The descent is through Parque do Ferradura and the ascent is through Pico do Itapeva. Practically all ascents are by dirt road passing through areas with an altitude of 1,880m. During the trail you will pass through the Serra da Mantiqueira Environmental Protection Area. The flora is composed of the Atlantic forest and Araucaria forest.
