A perfect walk for the entire family. The Yerrabi Pond Loop is a paved, flat walk that can be extended or shortened. Dogs are allowed here on-leash and it is very kid friendly - there is an off leash dog walk a mere 15 minute detour off this walk and there are 3 playgrounds for kids to enjoy along this walk. This walk is also suitable for fishing, bird watching, prams and is suitable for all fitness levels. An incredibly picturesque walk that everyone can enjoy!

An epic one way trail exploring the northern border of the Australian Capital Territory. The trail can of course be done in either direction, with the mapped route beginning from the parking ares off Phyllis Ashton Circuit by Yerrabi Pond, in the northern suburb of Gunghalin. The first section of the trail mostly follows along the Old Gundaroo Road before hitting the NSW state border and joining onto the Canberra Centenary Trail near Oak Hill. A nice and easy walk, with an easy ascent to the top of the reserve and its trig point. It mixes paved and unpaved sections but you can vary the trails used as you head along if you want more of one or the other. The walk starts at the Ngunnawal IGA which has parking. Nice little short. walk and popular with people walking their dogs, on a leash of course.
