A shorter option through the Goorooyaroo Nature Reserve, located near the suburb of Harrison in north Canberra. Parking is available just off Horse Park Drive. From here you'll follow the Canberra Centenary Trail - Gas Pipeline Track. The highlight of this circuit is the views from the summit of Gecko Hills (789m). After enjoying the summit you'll head a bit further north and cut downhill back towards the Pipeline Track that will bring you back to the parking area.

A good option if you're looking for something a little shorter through the Goorooyaroo Nature Reserve in northern Canberra, ACT. The trail can be accessed from Horse Park Drive where there is a small parking area. This trail summits Burnt Stump Hill (712m) and then loops around to summit Gecko Hills (789m). Both summits offer some beautiful views of the surrounding protected yellow box red gum grassy woodland.

A great Loop of the Goorooyarroo Nature Reserve located in north Canberra, near the suburb of Harrison. The trail passes by 5 of the peaks the park has to offer including Gecko Hills, Old Joe Hill, Gooroo Hill, Sammy's Hill and Burnt Stump Hill. It also features plenty of detours if you don't feel like doing the whole trail or time is escaping you. Make sure to bring a bottle of water and sunscreen for your trip and bring a snack to enjoy a one of the peaks.

A relatively flat trail through the Goorooyaroo Nature Reserve in the northern region of the ACT, near the suburb of Harrison. The trail begins at the car park situated off of Horse Park Drive. The trail itself is mostly along a fire trail, which is well maintained and easy to follow. The clearing at halfway point provides good views across northern Canberra and is a nice place to rest before the return journey.
