This hike in the Cévennes, in the Massif Aigoual, begins in the village of Saint-Roman de Tousque. This hamlet located in the French Valley is made up of typical Cévennes houses. The path in the undergrowth of a beautiful forest of pines and chestnut trees joins several isolated hamlets and crosses streams. It's a pleasant hike to discover a well-preserved rural heritage.

Mountain bike trail in the Fage national forest in the Cévennes, starting from the old Saint-Martin-de-Corconac church. This circuit runs along the river Gardon de Saint-Jean, then takes forest paths, and passes in front of the castle of Valescure and by the passes of Briontet (665 m) and Mercou (570 m).

This hiking route in the Massif Central leads to the national forest of the Gardons, in the Cévennes National Park. Hikers start from the Saint-Pierre pass located 597 meters above sea level under the Saint-Pierre signal, in the Gard department, on the border with the Lozère department. At the Saint-Pierre pass, you can see a sandstone marker indicating that this road was a royal road. Hikers descend towards the Gardon de Saint-Jean valley before climbing back up to the Col.
